A TV is only partially available; there is a TV connected to the Wi-Fi. Google Chrome is installed, allowing you to connect your mobile device and stream via your own accounts on Zattoo, Netflix, Disney+, etc.

The apartment also includes a garage parking space and a shared laundry room.
