The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Another bathroom with a shower offers the necessary comfort.
Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the bakery, supermarkets, ski lifts, or restaurants. The garage parking is directly in the building, although in this very central location, a car is not needed. Adjacent to the apartment is one of Arosa's most popular event venues.
In winter, you can enjoy ice skating, ice disco, curling, and other outdoor activities. All activities end at 10 PM.
