The duplex apartment covers a spacious 130 square meters and includes 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living room with a smart TV and free Wi-Fi. You can access a spacious balcony from both the living room and one of the bedrooms.

This duplex apartment is extremely spacious and offers enough room for families or a group of friends. The two spacious balconies offer not only stunning views, but also plenty of sunshine to brighten up your days.

The house is located in a unique, elevated and sunny position, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the village and the majestic Matterhorn. The Sunnegga cable car and ski bus stop are just 6 minutes walk away, while the train station is just 13 minutes walk away.

If you arrive by cab, you can reach our apartment in just 3 minutes from the train station. However, please note that there are a total of 134 steps leading to the apartment. If you need help transporting your luggage, a porter is available for an additional fee.
