The former schoolhouse "Ufem Egg", with breathtaking views of the mountains of the Bernese Oberland, is situated in a quiet location in Wyler above Innertkirchen, near Interlaken in the Haslital (Canton Bern, Switzerland). The 2-storey building was renovated in 2012 and is ideal for families, schools, clubs (hiking, cycling, scouts, yoga, etc.). The entire house is equipped with marble floors, heated hardwood parquet, temperature control, wooden ceilings and walls and sound and heat insulating windows. The communal area/conservatory can seat up to 26 people, has a large dining table and fireplace, French doors can be opened to extend the area onto the terrace with 2 further tables and a fire pit. There are two more dining/picnic areas in the garden and 100 metres away, on the edge of the forest, there is another picnic area. The flat "Wylerdümen" is on the 1st floor and consists of 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double beds and 1 room with 4 bunk beds). A sofa in the living area can be converted into an additional double bed. Well-equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. Kitchen utensils and highchairs for children are also available. 2 separate bathrooms with marble floors. Flat screen TV with radio and satellite channels. Laundry and tumble dryer are available in a separate communal laundry room.
