Bedrooms The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and another with two/three beds. A travel cot can be provided upon request. Bed linen is included. Mattresses are like new.

Living room The living room includes a high-quality sofa bed (1.60 m wide), free Wi-Fi, TV, DVD player, radio, yoga mat, and vacuum cleaner.

Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge (with freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pressure cooker, raclette oven, fondue set, egg cooker, hand mixer, and a child’s table seat (can be screwed in). An iron and ironing board are also available.

Bathroom There is one bathroom with a toilet and a separate shower with its own toilet. A hairdryer is provided.

There is also a cloakroom and large wardrobes. In the basement, you’ll find a washing machine with a dryer, as well as a ski/snowboard storage room and a bike storage area.

Well-maintained, top-furnished 3.5-room apartment (71 m²) in a new-build multi-family house, located in a quiet yet central area, accommodating up to 6 people. Large south-facing balcony (with lounge in summer).

The valley station of the Brigels-Waltensburg-Andiast cable car is a 5–10 minute walk away. A free ski bus stop is just a few meters from the house.

The apartment includes a private garage and an additional parking space in front of the garage. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment.
