The 2-room apartment (40m²) is located on the upper floor of a two-family house. The house is situated in the village of Tobel, about 1 km past Obersaxen Meierhof, with a view of the opposite mountains of the Tödi range. Post stop (post bus or sports bus) approximately 80m below on the main road.
The Talstation Meierhof-Kartitscha chairlift can be conveniently reached by sports bus.
The Rufalipark can be reached in about 10 minutes by sports bus in winter. In winter, it features an ice rink, while in summer, it has a swimming lake, tennis court, children's playground, barbecue area, and an indoor play paradise available year-round.
