An open-plan living area with a kitchen/dining area. A sofa bed with a table and chairs. A flat-screen TV.

Kitchen:
Kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with a small freezer compartment, crockery for 4 people. Kitchen linen provided.

Bathroom:
1 bathroom: A bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin, and a toilet cabinet.

The two-bedroom flat (40 m²) is situated on the upper floor of a two-family house. The house is situated in the village of Tobel, approximately 1 km past Obersaxen Meierhof, with views of the Tödikette mountains opposite. The post office bus stop (Postbus or Sportbus) is approximately 80 metres further down the main road.

The Meierhof-Kartitscha chairlift valley station is easily accessible by the Sportbus.

In winter, the Rufali Park can be reached in about 10 minutes by the Sportbus. It features an ice rink in winter and, in summer, a swimming lake, a tennis court, a children’s playground and a fire pit, as well as the indoor play paradise, which is open all year round.

Pets are not permitted. Non-smoking accommodation.
