A cosy, modern and comfortable three-room flat in a block of flats. One bedroom with one bunk bed and a double bed; one living/bedroom with a storage bed, wardrobe, table and sofa. Very practical: can be converted from a cosy sitting, games and reading room into a bedroom. 1 TV room with a sofa bed and seating for 6 people.
Kitchen with all mod cons and well-equipped for 6 people. Basic essentials such as herbs, oil, vinegar etc. are provided free of charge. A Nespresso coffee machine is available, as well as filter coffee with a thermos flask.

Notes: Bed linen, kitchen linen, heating, electricity, water, internet access and final cleaning are included in the rental price. The visitor’s tax is charged separately.

The Mikado house is situated slightly set back from the main road from Valata to Affeier. The flat (Orange) is situated on the mezzanine floor with a balcony and access to the garden. It offers lovely mountain views and there is a barbecue area. In the basement there is a ski room and a utility room/cellar. One parking space is available directly at the house.

Distance to the Valata valley station: approx. 3 minutes by car, 10–15 minutes on foot. The cross-country ski trail is within a 10-minute walk. 100 m to the bus stop.

Pets are not permitted. Non-smoking accommodation.
