We are a Design Hotel & Residence with young urban art in the middle of the old town of Basel. Style and ambience are our main characteristics and we offer "modern and individual life".The house is furnished with modern, experimental and unique design classics and a top infrastructure. Guests can choose their own level of service. From full service like in a top hotel with full board in all establishments of our Wyniger group or no service like at home. In the lobby we have our "Counting Sheeps" bar, if you are looking for some company or our magnificent courtyard with a garden for some peace and quiet. In our parent company "Der Teufelhof Basel" right opposite we offer a lively gastronomy, if you do not want to cook yourself. Many rooms however also have their own cooking area. by car: Take the motorway exit BASEL SÜD, follow the signs for the SBB railway station; at the SBB railway station follow signs for UNIVERSITÄTSSPITAL/SPALENTOR. You will pass through the Bahnhofplatz underpass and then cross a viaduct. After crossing the viaduct, turn right at the third set of traffic lights and follow the signs for „ SET Hotel.Residence “. When you turn onto Leonhardsgraben, you will find the SET approx. 100 m before you on the right-hand side. by tram: At the SBB railway station, take the tram line 11 towards «St. Louis Grenze» or tram line 10 towards «Rodersdorf» or tram line 8 towards «Weil am Rhein» and then get off at the stop «Bankverein». There you have to change to tram line 3 towards «Burgfeldergrenze» or «Saint-Louis». Get off at the stop «Musikakademie». You will find the SET on the left-hand side 50 m before you.
