Living room with a sofa and cozy armchairs, a side table, and a TV with cable connection. The dining area features a dining table with four chairs and a dish cabinet.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, two electric cooktops, an oven, and a sink. It also includes a coffee machine (for capsules) and a kettle. Dishes, cutlery, pans, a toaster, a raclette oven, and other kitchen utensils are also available. Kitchen linens are provided.

Bathroom:
Bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hand washbasin. Bath linens are provided.

Single-family home in Padrus, slightly below Morissen. Quiet, sunny location. The house offers a beautiful view of the Lumnezia mountain range.

In winter, the valley station of the ski lifts in Vella is about a 3-minute drive away. The ski bus stop (free ski bus) is approximately 100 meters away.

Shopping opportunities and restaurants are available in Morissen (1 km) or in Vella (2 km).
