The apartment has a quiet and sunny location. The house has a large garden and is located right in the center of Lenzerheide. It is easily reached with public or private transportation, as it is near the bus stop. The free local bus stops right in front of the house. It is near the ski school area and the playground and sports fields. In the house are table tennis and a ski room with a shoe heater (bike room in the summer).
