Bedrooms:
3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with double beds and a children’s bedroom with 1 bunk bed and a single bed. Bed linen is provided and included in the price.

Living room:
A cosy and spacious living room with 2 sofas, satellite TV and a radio. The living room leads out onto the balcony, which offers a stunning panoramic view of the magnificent Surselva mountains.

Kitchen:
An open-plan, well-equipped kitchen with a hob and oven, a large fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, a fondue set and a smoothie maker. There is a dining area with a large table and chairs. Please bring your own kitchen towels.

Bathroom:
A large bathroom with a bath, shower and washbasin/toilet, as well as an additional smaller, separate wet room with a washbasin and toilet. Please bring your own bathroom linen.

A bright, cosy and modern 4.5-room holiday flat on the first floor of Chalet Bim Chriesbaum, situated right next to the ski lift (80m) and the Rufalipark leisure complex (180m), which features an ice rink, children’s playground, restaurant, indoor sports facilities, etc. In summer, there is a swimming lake with tennis and volleyball courts. Shops, a sports shop, an ATM, a hairdresser, an art gallery, a PostBus stop, etc. are located in the village of Affeier (within walking distance, approx. 15 minutes).

Guests have access to an underground car park, an outdoor car park and a ski/snowboard storage room. Pets are not permitted. Non-smoking accommodation.
