Cozy and spacious living room with 2 sofas with satellite TV and radio. From the living room you can reach the balcony with a wonderful panoramic view of the magnificent mountain world of Surselva.

Kitchen:
An open and well-equipped kitchen with cooker/oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, fondue set, smoothie maker. A dining area with a large table and chairs. Please bring your own kitchen towels.

Bathroom:
Large bathroom with bathtub, shower, washbasin/WC and an additional smaller separate wet room with washbasin and WC. Please bring your own bathroom linen.

Shopping facilities, sports shop, ATM, hairdresser, art gallery, postbus stop etc. are located in the village of Affeier (reachable on foot, approx. 15 minutes).
