Bedrooms:
1 double bedroom with 2 mattresses 90x200, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, bedside lamps, chairs for clothes storage and a large wardrobe.
Bed linen is available for CHF 15.00 per person and stay.
A cot or travel cot can be provided on request for CHF 10.00.

Living room:
Dining and living room with corner bench and dining table, new carpet from 2017, sofa group and TV, radio, access to the southern balcony with garden chairs, garden table and sunshade.

Kitchen:
Separate new kitchen from 2017 equipped with dishes for double the number of people, pots and pans, kettle, coffee filter machine, fondue set, dishwasher, oven and a fridge with freezer compartment.
Kitchen linen is provided and included.

Bathroom:
1 bathroom with bathtub and shower curtain, double washbasin with mirrored cabinet and WC, new since 2017. Large cabinet with shelves, hairdryer and vacuum cleaner.
Bathroom linen must be brought by the tenant or can be provided on request for CHF 10.00 per person.

Other rooms:
Communal ski room, equipment room, shoe room

3-room apartment for max. 4 people on the 1st floor of a multi-family house. South-facing balcony, windows with shutters, not wheelchair accessible due to stairs. Numbered outdoor parking space right in front of the house. Landlady lives in Brigels and is personally on-site in case of emergency.

The manageable ski area/the mountain railways, the sports facilities (lake, mini-golf course, etc.) and the shopping opportunities in the wonderful mountain village of Brigels with its excellent restaurants are all within easy walking distance. Free local bus in winter, nearest stop 200 meters from the house. In summer, free hiking shuttle bus from Brigels-Waltensburg-Andiast and back.

Last renovation 2023: new windows and blinds.

1 parking space is available free of charge. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.

Upon arrival, a waste bag, dish soap / dishwashing powder, household paper and two rolls of toilet paper are provided. Snow clearing up to the front door by the caretaker. Upon departure, the apartment should be broom-clean and the waste disposed of.
