Bedrooms:
A bedroom with a double bed (2 x 0.8m) and another bedroom with a bunk bed (top: 0.9m, bottom mattress 1.4m). All bedrooms feature wardrobes or dressers. Bed linen is available on request for CHF 15.00 per person.

Living room:
An open living space with a kitchen/dining area. The living room includes a dining table, corner bench and four chairs, a spacious seating group, and a coffee table. A cozy terrace with a west-facing orientation enjoys evening sun. Free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a glass-ceramic cooktop with oven, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine (Nespresso Original capsules not provided), a raclette oven, and a fondue set. Kitchen towels are not included.

Bathroom:
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and a Closomat (shower toilet). Towels are not provided.

The 3.5-room holiday apartment (52m²) is located in a multi-family house with a total of 4 apartments. The house is situated in the Meierhof area in a beautiful location near the Meierhof valley station. The terrace offers a wonderful panoramic view of the magnificent mountain landscape of the Surselva. Distance to the valley station of the cable cars: 10 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by car, 300m to the sports bus stop.

In the basement, there is a ski storage room. A parking space is available directly at the house. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.
