The fully equipped kitchen features a stove (induction), oven, coffee machines (Nespresso & filter), milk frother, hand blender, dishwasher, and a large fridge with freezer. Kitchen linen is available for a surcharge.

The 3-room holiday apartment "Sur Mulins Barbacsy" is located on the 1st floor of the Sur Mulins holiday complex. With approximately 56 m², a large south-facing balcony, and a gallery, it offers an ideal retreat for up to 5 people. The ski slope is accessible ski-in ski-out, and the valley station is just 200 meters away. The Laax ski area is a 20-minute drive (18 km) away. In summer, there are numerous hiking trails and bike routes. The small lake Davos Munts with its restaurant in Vattiz is about a 30-minute walk (2.5 km). The village center of Vella offers shopping opportunities, ATMs, restaurants, a café, a large children's playground, and a library. Underground parking is available and included in the price.
