The holiday apartment is located in a sunny and quiet area above Ftan-Grond. The bus stop and the lifts are approx. five minutes away by foot. There is a direct connection into the skiing area Scuol – Motta Naluns. In good snow conditions, you can take the valley descent until directly in front the house. Shopping options are nearby. Ftan is a typical Engiadina village with approx. 500 inhabitants. It is situated away from the hustle on a beautiful sun terrace. There is a big forest directly next to the house and you can reach the unique mineral bath in Scuol within 10 minutes by car. Frequent bus connection to Scuol.

Ftan, a hamlet of Scuol, is a charming village situated at 1,650 metres above sea level and surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. It is a natural paradise where modernity and tradition go hand in hand. This idyllic village is renowned for its natural beauty and traditional farms. It offers a wide range of activities, both in summer and winter. It is the only village, apart from Scuol, to enjoy direct access to the Motta Naluns ski area. Ftan is also known for its mountain bike adventure park and the mountain swimming lake on the outskirts of the village.

We are offering a lovely 3-bedroom holiday flat on the ground floor of a detached house in Ftan-Grond, suitable for 4–5 people. The flat is situated slightly above Ftan-Grond in a quiet, sunny spot. The wooden seating area, with a superb view of the fantastic Engadin mountains, is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. A reserved parking space is available.

It is about a 5-minute walk to the post office and the chairlift. In winter, when snow conditions are good, you can ski directly to the holiday flat via the valley run on an ungroomed slope.

Shopping facilities are nearby and can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.

The unique Bogn Engiadina mineral baths in Scuol are always well worth a visit. You can use the regular bus services to Scuol free of charge with your guest card.
