Bedrooms:
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom, desk and fitted wardrobes. On the lower floor, near the entrance, is the multi-functional room, with 3 fold-down wardrobe beds measuring 1.4m wide. It can also be used as a yoga room or playroom. Bedding is provided and included in the price.

Living room:
The living room is highlighted by the large panoramic window, a soapstone stove and a grand piano. It has various games and books. For a movie night, a projector with screen is available. There is no television. A Geneva Sound Box can be connected to your own devices via cable or Bluetooth.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped: ceramic hob, steam oven combination device, fondue set, raclette oven, pressure cooker and roaster allow cooking enthusiasts to indulge. Kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are also provided. The large table offers seating for up to 10 people.

Bathrooms:
There are 2 bathrooms with bathtub, toilet and washbasin. Bathroom linen is included in the price.

A modern architect-designed house in the original village of Lumbrein in the Val Lumnezia – Valley of Light. The house is situated on the upper edge of Lumbrein on the hillside and offers a wonderful view.

Lumbrein is about 10 minutes by car or by the free ski bus (only in winter) from the valley station in Vella, with connections to the ski region of Obersaxen Mundaun Lumnezia. With sufficient snow, a piste leads directly into the village of Lumbrein. In summer, Lumbrein is a popular starting point for hikes.

The spacious living floor has a well-equipped kitchen and a large living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 garden seating areas with a fire pit.

A garage with direct access to the house provides space for one car and sports equipment. There is also space for a second car in front of the garage.
