The property is in a very beautiful south-facing location in Disentis/Acletta, above the valley station of the Disentis mountain railways. In winter, the ski run passes right next to the house. That means you can leave your car parked!
Shopping facilities in the village or at the Catrina Resort (Coop). This is a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive away. A sports bus runs from the village to Acletta.
