Swedish stove (wood is provided, please follow the operating instructions) seating area with space for 5 people with an integrated sofa bed for two people. Coffee table, flat-screen TV/radio, chest of drawers. 2nd garden seating area facing the mountains. A garden seating area with panoramic views.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a glass-ceramic hob with oven, large fridge and dishwasher, Delizio capsule coffee machine, egg cooker, toaster, hand blender, orange press, thermos jug, raclette oven, fondue set. Kitchen linen is provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
The bathroom features a shower, toilet, washbasin. Towels are provided and included in the price. Washing machine and tumble dryer are in the basement.

The 2.5-room holiday apartment (53 m²) is in a multi-family house with a total of 5 apartments. The house is located in Valata in a very beautiful spot, with two garden seating areas and a wonderful panoramic view of the magnificent mountain landscape of the Surselva. The apartment comes with an underground garage parking space (additional parking available at the shared parking lot).

The 4 houses of the entire Cavrida complex are surrounded by extensive greenery. Distance by foot: to the Valata valley station 5 min., to the post bus stop 50 metres.
