1 spacious bedroom with a double bed (with two mattresses), a two-door wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Bed linen is provided and included in the price.

Living room:
An open-plan living area with kitchen and dining area. A round dining table (with an oval insert) and six chairs. A wood-burning stove (wood is provided; please follow the instructions for use). A seating area with space for five people, featuring a built-in sofa bed for two. Coffee table, flat-screen TV/radio, chest of drawers. Second garden seating area facing the mountains. A garden seating area with panoramic views.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic hob with oven, a large fridge and a dishwasher, a Delizio capsule coffee machine, an egg boiler, a toaster, a hand blender, an orange juicer, thermos flask, raclette oven and fondue pot. Kitchen linen is provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. Towels are provided and included in the price. A washing machine and tumble dryer are in the basement.

The 2.5-room holiday flat (53 m²) is situated in a block of flats comprising a total of five flats. The building is situated in Valata in a very beautiful location, with two garden seating areas offering a stunning panoramic view of the magnificent mountain landscape of the Surselva. The flat comes with an underground parking space (further parking is available in the communal car park).

The four houses comprising the entire Cavrida development are surrounded by extensive green spaces. Walking distances: 5 minutes to the Valata valley station, 50 metres to the PostBus stop.
