Bedrooms:
Ground floor: one double bedroom; first floor: one double bedroom and one triple bedroom (children’s room).

Living room:
Bright, cosy living area with a large table, sofa and coffee table. Also features a flat-screen TV, DVD player and DAB radio.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a kettle and a Delizio capsule coffee machine (please bring your own capsules). One set of kitchen linen and a bin bag are included in the price.

Bathroom:
Bathroom with shower and toilet/washbasin. A hairdryer is provided. There is a toilet with washbasin on the upper floor.

This 4.5-room holiday flat is situated on the outskirts of the village in a beautiful location near the Misanenga valley station. From the living room, there is a stunning panoramic view of the magnificent mountain landscape of the Surselva. From the kitchen, you can see the Misanenga ski lift. Skis can be stored in the ski room or the cellar.

There is ample parking available at Rufali Park. The ski lift, ice rink, football pitch, playground, Rufali swimming lake and restaurant are just a 3-minute walk away. In winter, the winter sports bus is available free of charge.
