The holiday house is located in the old part of the upper village of Scuol (Scuol sura) on a street on the mountain side, parallel to the main shopping street. Banks, stores, and so on are very close by. The tourist office, post office, and "Trü" sports center are a 4-5 minute walk away, and the RHB train station and the base station of the "Motta Naluns" cable car can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. About 50 meters from the house is a stop for the local bus, wich links all of the village, including the skiing and sports facilities.
