The Tailormade Hotel METROPOL St.Gallen is the only 3-star boutique city hotel in St.Gallen located directly at the train station in the pedestrian zone. With its long tradition, the hotel is often regarded as one of the city's landmarks. With the nearby CityParking Bahnhof and Rathausgarage car parks, the hotel is also attractive for travellers arriving by car. The hotel and its restaurants will be temporarily closing their doors until the end of April 2026. During this time, the hotel will undergo extensive renovation and will reopen in May 2026 with a new, modern look.
