Bedrooms:
Two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed with two 90x200 cm mattresses, two bedside tables with bedside lamps, large built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a single bed with a 90x200 cm mattress and a bunk bed with two 90x200 cm mattresses, wardrobe. Bedding provided. A cot can be reserved for CHF 10.00 upon request.

Living/Dining Room:
Extendable dining table, sofa, rocking chair, modern smart TV with over 200 digital TV channels and digital radio stations. A wood-burning stove in the living room adds to the cozy atmosphere and makes an active day outdoors perfect. Firewood for the wood-burning stove must be brought by the tenant or can be purchased at Volg Brigels.

Balcony:
Furnished balcony facing south.

Kitchen:
Open modern, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, extractor hood, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine. Includes complete and high-quality kitchen equipment with dishes and cutlery for double the number of people. Kitchen linens are provided.

Bathroom:
Bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, double washbasin with mirror cabinet and toilet. Bathroom linens must be brought by the tenant or can be provided for CHF 10.00 per person upon request.

The Anita 1 holiday apartment in the wonderful mountain village of Brigels is 80 m² in size and was renovated and newly furnished in 2021/2022. Windows and blinds will be renovated after Easter 2025. The apartment has 5 beds and a sunny south-facing balcony. The entire apartment—except for the bathroom—is fitted with high-quality oak-effect vinyl flooring. The apartment has central heating with radiators.
In the basement, there is a shared ski and shoe room, a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, and drying room.
Upon arrival, a waste bag, dish soap/powder, household paper, and two rolls of toilet paper are provided. Snow removal up to the front door is handled by the caretaker.
The landlady lives in Brigels and is personally available on-site in case of an emergency.
The ski area/mountain railways, sports facilities (lake, mini-golf course, etc.), and shopping opportunities in the wonderful mountain village of Brigels with its excellent restaurants are all within easy walking distance. Free local bus in winter, the nearest stop is 200 meters from the house. In summer, free hiking shuttle bus from Brigels-Waltensburg-Andiast and back.
Parking space directly in front of the house. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking property.
Upon departure, the apartment should be broom-clean and the waste disposed of.
