The Renards, a 6-rooms apartment on the first floor consist of the following:

Living room, dining room and a fully equipped luxury kitchen.

4 bedrooms and 1 Office:

1 Master bed room (2 beds) + dressing and a bathroom

2 Guest rooms (2 beds per room) + 1 bathroom

1 Guest rooms 1 bed + 1 bathroom

1 Office

Other Facilities and amenities:

Two parking spaces of which one covered, Private cellar with ski lockers and ski boots dryer, various storage in a wine and vegetable cellar accessible from the covered garage.

A sauna can be rented, if available, for CHF 300 per week.

The Grand Chalet François is a fine example of Val d'Illiez architecture, with a breathtaking view of the Dents-du-Midi mountain range. It is divided into 3 spacious, self-contained apartments of the highest quality, and has been restored in a contemporary, eco-friendly style.

Built entirely in wood according to Feng Shui principles, just a few minutes' walk from the picturesque village of Champéry, nestled between the Dents-du-Midi and Dents Blanches mountains, it is the ideal base for exploring the surrounding mountains and the Portes du Soleil ski area.
