An open-plan living area with a kitchen/dining area. The cosily furnished living room also features a sofa bed for 2 people. There is a wood-burning stove in the living room (wood is not provided). Access to the covered balcony.

Kitchen
The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped. Induction hob, combi oven/microwave, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette oven and fondue pot, etc.

Bathroom
Shower/WC/mirrored cupboard/storage space: not yet modernised, but practical and functional (hairdryer provided)

This 3.5-room flat is situated on the first floor of the building. The ski run, walking trail and cycle path are right on the doorstep, so the fun can begin or end right outside the house. From the balcony, there is a wonderful panoramic view (the trees have been pruned back). The ski and cycle storage room is in the basement, from where you can access the ski slope directly. This non-smoking accommodation includes a parking space right outside the front door. Obersaxen and the surrounding area also offer a wide range of entertainment options and places to visit.
