Living room
An open living space with kitchen/dining area. The cozy living room also features a sofa bed for 2 people. A Swedish stove (wood not provided) is located in the living room. Access to the covered balcony.

Kitchen
The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped. Induction hob, combination oven/microwave, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette oven and fondue set, etc.

Bathroom
Shower/toilet/mirror cabinet/storage surfaces: not yet modernized but practical/functional (hairdryer available)

The 3.5-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. Ski slope/hiking trail/bike trail are right outside the front door, so the fun can start or end right at the house. From the balcony, you have a beautiful panoramic view (trees have been trimmed). The ski and bike room is located in the basement, from where you can access the ski slope directly. The non-smoking accommodation includes a parking space right outside the front door. In Obersaxen and the surrounding area, there are also numerous entertainment options and excursion destinations.
