Description
“A new part of town” – under this working title, a group of residents and experts submitted their vision for the Kalkbreite Cooperative in 2006. It was opened in 2014, and Guesthouse Kalkbreite is part of this innovative project. The furnishings were designed in line with ecological criteria to protect the environment and minimize costs. The guesthouse features light-flooded rooms with private or shared bathrooms, while the leafy courtyard offers a breathtaking panorama of the City on the Limmat and the Uetliberg.
Guesthouse Kalkbreite is located in the Kreis 4 urban district, in the very heart of Zurich. Just a 5-minute walk away is the vibrant Langstrasse, and the adjacent Wiedikon Train Station offers rail connections in all directions, as well as a direct link to the airport.
