One bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. One bedroom with two single beds, one of which is pull-out, and a large dresser. Bedding is provided and included in the price.

Living room:
Modern and cozy living room with TV; Wi-Fi is not available.

Kitchen:
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features an induction hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer with three drawers, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules), electric juicer, toaster, egg cooker, raclette oven, and fondue set for cheese and meat. Kitchen linens are provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
The modern bathroom has a shower, washbasin, and toilet. A hairdryer and bathroom linens are provided and included in the price.

Other:
Beautiful balcony with a magnificent view of the mountains of Val Lumnezia.

The multi-family house, built in 2013, is located on the south side at the entrance to the village. The modern apartment is on the 2nd floor. From the balcony, you have a beautiful view of the mountains of Val Lumnezia. In just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the village center with a grocery store, restaurants, bank, post office, and bus stop, as well as the mountain railway station - Obersaxen - Mundaun - Val Lumnezia. A garage space is also available.
