2 bedrooms on the upper floor with double beds. 1 room with a balcony (south-facing view). Both rooms have wardrobes and dressers (changing facilities), and a cot can be provided upon request. 1 spacious double bedroom on the lower floor with a large wardrobe, table with 4 chairs. Bedding is included in the price.
Living room:
Open living area with kitchen/dining area, seating for at least 6, soapstone stove (firewood provided), 3-seater sofa, club table, sideboard with bar and glasses, flat-screen TV, large seating area, morning and long evening sun, free Wi-Fi throughout the house, 1 TV with cable connection, DVD player and stereo system. Piano room/office with printer.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, extractor hood, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, JURA Impresa coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, raclette oven, fondue set and dishes. Kitchen linen is included in the price.
Bathrooms:
2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub/toilet, one with a toilet and washbasin. Towels are provided and included in the price. In the lower floor, there is a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, steam shower, and two sun loungers.
5.5-room detached house (161m² living space) in a quiet, elevated location with stunning panoramic views of the magnificent mountain landscape of Obersaxen and the Surselva, as well as views of the village of Brigels with its lake.
