The farm.holiday.house on the Flumserberg A farmhouse with soul and history. Lovingly restored and modernised. It's a great place to live. There is plenty of space, both inside (160 m2) and outside (300m2). The Schibestei is the ideal holiday home for families or groups of up to six people. The house is situated in Flumserberg Portels in a quiet location at 720 metres above sea level. The Flumserberg and Pizol ski areas, Lake Walen and Bad Ragaz can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The Schibestei has been family-owned for three generations. Each generation has worked in and around the house and made the Schibestei what it is today: a unique place for holidays in spring, summer, autumn and winter. A fountain with a garden hose and shower provides refreshment. There is a large fireplace with plenty of wood for romantic campfires. The house is surrounded by meadows and pastures. Accessibility: The house can also be reached by public transport, but only with very irregular connections. The nearest post bus stop is 150 metres from the house (Flumserberg Portels, Dorf). The village of Flums can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes on a hiking trail through the forest. If there is a lot of snow, access to the house may not be possible and a 150 metre walk may be necessary.
