The 2-room apartment is spread over two floors, connected by a staircase.

Bedroom:
The bedroom with a rustic double bed and the bathroom are located on the ground floor.

Living room:
The open living area with kitchen and dining area is on the upper floor, offering views down the valley and of the surrounding mountains. Direct access to a balcony with morning and seating area in the evening sun. Flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi included.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic hob with oven, a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a raclette oven and a fondue set. Kitchen linens are provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
The bathroom features a large shower, a toilet and a vanity unit with sink. A washer and dryer are located in the hallway outside the bathroom. Towels are provided and included in the price.

The former small livestock barn, which is attached to a more than 300-year-old Walser house, was converted into a two-room apartment in 2018. The exterior walls were kept largely unchanged, while the interior combines original construction, practical insulation and modern furnishings. The result is a cozy apartment with its own entrance, ideal for two people. High-quality materials and plenty of wood make this two-storey holiday apartment a comfortable retreat. The apartment is located 3 km above Safien Platz at 1,530 m above sea level, on a year-round open but little-used road. Parking at the entrance is included. Hiking, skiing or snowshoe tours can begin right outside the door.

The non-smoking apartment is not wheelchair accessible, and pets are not allowed.

It is possible to purchase farm-fresh products (dairy, meat, eggs, etc.) on site. For daily shopping, there is a village store and the SPENSA in Safien Platz (5-minute drive). Here you will also find the post bus stop, the Rathaus restaurant, the municipal office with tourist information and more.
