We let a well-kept, very calm apartment with 4.5 rooms on the second floor (attic) of our two families´ house.
The direct view to the famous church-tower, to the old village and to the huge mountains scenery makes this apartment unique.
The apartment suits for 1 to 6 persons. There is a big, open spaced living room. Behind the living room is the little, open kitchen with the eating area next to it.

There are 3 bedrooms. A spacious bedroom with table and seating area, this bedroom has a dormer window and is accessible from the living area via two steps; and two additional bedrooms, the smaller one with sloping ceilings located behind the larger one and only accessible via it. Opposite these two bedrooms is the small room with a shower, wash basin and toilet.

The Chasa Fattinger lies on a little hill, away from traffic, at the end of a road. It is perfectly exposed to sun light all day. The bus stop, the ski-lift and the local stores in Ftan can be reached conveniently in only 6-8 minutes by walking from Chasa Fattinger. A garage for your car is available.
