The living room is a large, bright living space with a kitchen and a wonderful panoramic view. The living room features 2 sofas for relaxing. The TV has several German-speaking and international channels. A small selection of board games and books are available. Wi-Fi is available.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is very well equipped and features a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer compartment, a Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules), kettle, raclette oven, fondue set and much more. Kitchen linen is provided and included in the price.

Bathrooms:
Two bathrooms, one with daylight with a toilet and (rain) shower, the second with a toilet, urinal and (rain) shower. The bathrooms are seamless - in base concrete. Towels are provided and included in the price.

The bright and modern 4-room holiday apartment is located in a two-family house built at the end of 2020 on the upper edge of the village of Morissen. Thanks to its unique architectural style and location, the apartment offers a dreamlike view over the entire valley and the wonderful mountain world of the Val Lumnezia. In summer, you can enjoy this wonderful view from the large seating terrace. A parking space above the house is included in the price. Non-smoking accommodation, pets not permitted. The valley station of the mountain railways in Vella can be reached by car in 5 minutes. The ski bus stop is located about 300 meters away.
