Spacious holiday apartment on the 1st floor of a small apartment complex in Litzirüti (1450 m above sea level, 5 minutes' drive from Arosa) for up to 4 people. Balcony with mountain views. Cable TV/stereo system. Built-in kitchen, fully equipped. Pets are not allowed. Underground parking space available. The apartment is approximately 4 minutes' walk from Litzirüti train station, 10 minutes' drive to Arosa (free with ski pass in winter or all-inclusive card in summer). In winter, a sled run connects Arosa and Litzirüti. In summer, it takes about 50 minutes to walk to Arosa via the hiking trail. Directly from the apartment, many beautiful hikes or mountain bike tours are possible. In Litzirüti there are 2 hotels with restaurants.
