4-room holiday home with 2 bedrooms (1 with two beds and 1 with three beds / 1 extra bed; sleeps up to 6 people). Living room with TV, radio and open-plan fireplace. Kitchen with a dishwasher and everything you need (including fondue and raclette equipment). Shower/WC. Lovely seating area and large garden, barbecue.

Notes: The local authority tax is included. Weekly rentals, Saturday to Saturday. Shorter stays on request.
Tenants must bring their own bed linen.
The tenant is responsible for cleaning the flat.

A peaceful location in the heart of the Obersaxen/Mundaun skiing, hiking and mountain biking area, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The ski run is just 50 metres away. Access by car is possible from May to November; during the winter months, you can drive as far as Valata (the valley station of the mountain railways, with free parking) and from there take the chairlift to the Cuolm Sura midway station (approx. 12 mins). The Cuolm Sura restaurant is a 5-minute walk away.
