Bedrooms:
4 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed; 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (2 can be pushed together to form 1 double bed); 1 bedroom with 1 double bed; 1 bedroom with 1 single bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes.

Living room:
The cozy living/dining area with dining table, bench, 5 chairs and large corner sofa invites you for a nice get-together. The soapstone stove (wood provided) ensures a cozy warmth.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is simply equipped and has an oven with stovetop, 2 refrigerators with freezer compartment, small espresso maker, water boiler and plenty of crockery (pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery...). Kitchen linen is provided and included in the price.

Bathrooms:
Two wet rooms, 1x with bathtub/shower/WC with a washbasin, 1x separate WC with washbasin and washing machine. Bath linen is provided and included in the price.

Holiday home situated at the edge of the forest with a holiday apartment (92m²) in the middle of nature with a babbling brook running directly through the property. The house is located at the edge of the village with a huge garden, centrally located between the 4 top ski resorts Brigels Waltensburg Andiast, Obersaxen/Mundaun, Disentis, Sedrun/Andermatt.

In the entrance area and storage rooms, skis/snowboards/sleds and bicycles can be stored. A parking space is available directly at the house (in winter at a distance of 50m).

Distance: to the sports bus stop 150m, as well as to shopping facilities.

All pets are welcome. Non-smoking accommodation. Not wheelchair accessible.
