Bedrooms:
4 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed; 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (2 convertible to 1 double bed); 1 bedroom with 1 double bed; 1 bedroom with 1 single bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes. 

Living room:
The cozy living/dining room with dining table, bench, 5 chairs and large corner sofa invites you to a nice get-together. The soapstone stove (wood is provided) ensures cozy warmth.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is simply equipped and has an oven with hob, 2 refrigerators with freezer compartment, small espresso maker, kettle and plenty of dishes (pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery...). Kitchen linen is available and included in the price.

Bathroom:
Two wet rooms, 1x with bathtub (shower)/toilet with a washbasin, 1x separate toilet with washbasin and washing machine. Bath linen is available and included in the price.

A holiday home located at the edge of the forest with a holiday apartment (92m²) right in the middle of nature with a babbling brook directly through the property. The house is located on the outskirts of the village with a huge garden, centrally located between the 4 top ski areas Brigels Waltensburg Andiast, Obersaxen/Mundaun, Disentis, Sedrun/Andermatt.  

In the entrance area and the storage rooms, skis/snowboards/sleds and bicycles can be stored. A parking space is available directly at the house (in winter 50m away).

Distance: to the sports bus stop 150m, as well as to the shopping opportunity.

All animals are warmly welcome. Non-smoking accommodation. Not wheelchair accessible.
