Our beautiful apartment (approx. 80m2) is located on the 2nd floor, just above our own apartment. (As of June 1st, the apartment/balcony will be newly furnished. We are in a quiet location in a child-friendly neighborhood.

The apartment has its own entrance and a spacious, south-facing terrace (35 m2) with a wonderful view of the Glarus Alps. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, coffee machine, oven and a fridge with freezer. The living room has a TV with internet access, Netflix. A washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the basement of the house and can be used at any time. You can park your vehicle/bicycle in the carport. We have an electric charging station for electric vehicles.

The bus stop is about 3 minutes' walk away. The nearest shopping opportunities and restaurants are about 5 minutes away by car. In our village there is a small shop with many regional products, but its opening hours may vary depending on holidays and public holidays.

The beautiful Klöntalersee lake is about 10 minutes away by car. For the hiking regions Elm/Braunwald, you need about 20 minutes by car/public transport.
