In the former Capuchin monastery, the Culinarium Alpinum opened in 2020 after a soft renovation. In the former refectory, todays restaurant, is the regional authenticity predominantly and worked with authentic, unadulterated regional products from Central Switzerland, with a preference for organically grown ingredients complemented by products from Switzerland. It has 14 simple stylishly renovated rooms, all with a box-spring bed (double or twin) with an en-suite bathroom with shower. Parking is available directly in our courtyard. Further, you will find the Alpsbrinz-cellar, home of a real local cheese, a monastery shop with local products and the edible landscape, with around 250 varieties of fruits and berries.
