Spacious, bright 3 1/2-room flat on the ground floor, comfortably and cosily furnished: Living/dining room with large dining table, fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, fondue and raclette set.
Entrance area with large wardrobe, 1 room with double bed and 1 room with bunk bed (additionally two emergency beds can be used). A baby cot (without duvet) is available. Swedish stove and underfloor heating.

In front of the house, the sunbathing lawn with barbecue area, garden table and parasol invites you to linger. Storage room for skis/snowboards is available and sledges and bobsleds are available. Two outdoor parking spaces are directly in front of the house.
