Enjoy our fine maluns, pizokel baked with alpine cheese or the traditional capuns. We source our meat and cheese from organic farms in the Avers. Dairy products and vegetables are also supplied by producers from the Viamala region. Homemade cakes, a large selection of wines by the glass, local beers and seasonal syrups complete our offer.
