The cozy bedroom is equipped with a large double bed. The large built-in wardrobe offers ample storage space.

Living/Dining Area:
The open living area features a cozy corner bench, a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable double bed if needed, as well as sufficient seating for relaxation. Wi-Fi (250 Mbit), internet TV, and radio/DAB/CD are available.

Kitchen:
The kitchen, modernized in 2024 and open to the living room, is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired: stove with ceramic hob & oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, fondue and raclette set.

Bathroom:
The bathroom, renovated in 2024 with wood and natural stone, features a generously sized walk-in rain shower and a large washbasin. A hairdryer is provided.

Other:
The holiday apartment offers a spacious outdoor terrace of over 15m² with a beautiful view of the mountain panorama of the Surselva. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the laundry room as needed. A covered parking space and a storage room for winter and summer sports equipment are also available.
