Bedrooms:
The apartment features two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed with two 80 cm mattresses. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed, a wardrobe, and a table with chairs. Additionally, there is a 160 cm wide double bed with two separate 80 cm mattresses in the living and sleeping area. Bedding is included, and all beds are made upon arrival. A cot is available upon request.

Living room:
The bright living room combines a living and sleeping area with a double bed, a sofa bed, and two chairs. The sofa bed can be extended into a 140 cm wide bed suitable for two adults or two children. Free Wi-Fi is available. TV/radio upon request.

Kitchen:
The dining area features a wooden table and chairs. The elevated kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove and built-in oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a citrus press, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a kettle. Cookware, pans, dishes, cutlery, kitchen towels, a fondue set, and a raclette set are also provided.

Bathrooms:
The living and sleeping area includes a bathroom with a shower and sink, as well as a separate toilet. The two separate bedrooms have access to a second bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. Towels are provided and included in the price.

Other:
Access to the garden (facing east and south) with panoramic views. The garden includes a large wooden table and outdoor furniture with a sunshade. Garage available upon request (also suitable for bicycles/e-bikes, etc.).

The spacious holiday apartments are located on the outskirts of Waltensburg, near alpine meadows and forests.

Waltensburg sits on a sunny mountain plateau and is ideal for hiking and mountain tours. A bus stop, a restaurant, and a village shop are within walking distance. The valley station of the snow-sure ski area Brigels-Waltensburg (1,100–2,400 meters) is a 3-minute walk away, and the valley station of the top resort Laax (up to 3,000 meters) is a 20-minute walk.
