The apartment is entirely at your disposal.

With the height-adjustable desk (optionally including external screen, equipped with mouse/keyboard) and high-speed internet/WiFi, the holiday apartment also becomes a home office. Optionally, the desk can also be placed in bedroom 2, so you have a quiet study at your disposal.

The apartment is step-free (except balcony) and barrier-free accessible with wide corridors and entrances (door frames room/bathroom ~80cm). 

The garage, ski room as well as staircase/lift are shared with the other residents of the house.

Bedroom: Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160cm x 200cm) and a walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2 has a single bed (80cm x 200cm) and a pull-out quality sofa bed (for 1-2 persons).

Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin with a large mirrored cabinet, a floor-level shower with rain shower and a toilet. Additionally, there is a combined washing machine and dryer in the bathroom for free use, and a hairdryer is also available.

Living room: In the living area, a comfortable, three-piece sofa invites you to relax, and a flat-screen TV with Swisscom TV (including 7-day replay) and a small multimedia system (CD/DVD, radio) provide entertainment.

On the covered balcony/loggia, you have a wonderful view towards the south and into the Medelsertal (Val Medel). Smoking is allowed on the balcony/loggia.

Kitchen: The large, open kitchen is fully equipped and has a glass-ceramic hob with extractor fan, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and water/ice dispenser, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fondue set, raclette grill, toaster, hand blender, kettle and all necessary crockery. The extendable dining table seats up to 8 people.

The large, bright 3.5 room apartment (85m2) is located on the top floor of a multi-family house (built in 2016) and has been available as a holiday apartment since summer 2021. The lovingly, modern, comfortable and fully furnished apartment offers a free view of the mountain panorama.

The apartment is located in the village centre, a sports shop (which also offers rentals) and a clothing store are located in the same building. Grocery store, bank, pharmacy and restaurants are right next door. It is 100m to the bus stop during the summer/winter season (free bus to mountain railways, sports centre, lake beach in summer) and 150m to the train station (RhB to Chur, MGB to Andermatt). Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails are within less than 500m.
