The apartment is entirely at your disposal.

With the height-adjustable desk (optional including external monitor, mouse/keyboard) and high-speed internet/Wi-Fi, the holiday apartment also doubles as a home office. Optionally, the desk can also be placed in Bedroom 2, providing a quiet workspace.

The apartment is accessible without steps (except for the balcony) and is barrier-free, featuring wide hallways and entrances (door frames for rooms/bathroom ~80cm).

The garage, ski room and staircase/elevator are shared with the other residents of the building.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 features a double bed (160cm x 200cm) and a walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2 features a single bed (80cm x 200cm) and a pull-out quality sofa bed (for 1-2 people).

Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin with a large mirrored cabinet, a level-access shower with rainfall showerhead, and a toilet. It also includes a combined washer and dryer for your use, and a hairdryer is available.

Living room: In the living area, a cozy three-piece sofa invites you to relax, while a flatscreen TV with Swisscom TV (including 7-day replay) and a small multimedia system (CD/DVD, radio) provide entertainment.

The covered balcony/loggia offers a beautiful view to the south and into the Medelsertal (Val Medel). Smoking is permitted on the balcony/loggia.

Kitchen: The large, open kitchen is fully equipped and features a glass-ceramic cooktop with extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment and water/ice dispenser, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fondue set, raclette grill, toaster, immersion blender, kettle and all the necessary dishes. The extendable dining table seats up to 8 people.

The large, bright 3.5-room apartment (85m²) is located on the top floor of a multi-family house (built in 2016) and is available as a holiday rental from summer 2021. The lovingly furnished, modern, comfortable and fully equipped apartment offers unobstructed views of the mountain panorama.

The apartment is located in the village center, with a sports shop (also offering rentals) and a clothing store in the same building. Grocery stores, a bank, pharmacy and restaurants are right next door. The bus stop is just 100m away during the summer/winter season (free shuttle bus to mountain railways, sports center and lake in summer), and the train station (RhB towards Chur, MGB towards Andermatt) is 150m away. Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails are within 500m.
