The Seehaldeweg is closed to public traffic, making the house very quiet. There is a problem-free, winter-safe car access with a reserved parking space for 1 car in front of the house. Thanks to the central location, you are at the train station and in the city center in a few minutes. The Arosa free bus stops very close to the house at the stops "Seehalde" and "Obersee". In winter, you can ski to the bus stop or to the valley station, and you can drive directly back to the house via the home run.
