The 2.5-room top-floor flat (64m²) is situated on the second floor of a block of flats. The flat comprises a double bedroom, a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a dining table with six chairs, a sofa suite and satellite TV. From the living room, a ladder (not suitable for small children) leads up to the loft, which contains two single beds. The bathroom has a bath and a toilet.

The ‘Casa Tödi’ apartment block is situated in the village of Surcuolm and offers magnificent views across the Surselva region, from Waltensburg to Falera. For winter fun, there is a natural ice rink just a five-minute walk away, whilst the Valata valley station lies a few hundred metres below the house and can be reached directly on skis. The ski room in the basement is available for guests’ use. From the underground car park (one parking space provided and included), an underground staircase leads directly into the house. There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
