An open living space with kitchen/dining area. The living room features an open wood-burning stove (firewood provided), dining table, 6 chairs, sofa, and TV. Large south-facing balcony with morning and evening sun. Wi-Fi throughout the apartment (free of charge).

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a glass-ceramic cooktop with oven, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided). Kitchen linen is provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
1 bathroom with toilet/washbasin and shower. Towels are provided and included in the price.

The 3.5-room holiday apartment (65 m²) is located in a multi-family house with a total of 6 apartments on the 2nd floor. The house is situated on the edge of the village in a beautiful location, right next to the ski slope. From the balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the stunning mountain landscape of the Surselva. In the basement, there is a ski storage room. Next to the house, there is the option to store bicycles in a lockable shed.

Parking is available directly in front of the house.
