Bedrooms:
1 spacious bedroom with a large double bed, 1 comfortable bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes. Bed linen is provided and included in the price.

Living room:
An open-plan living area with a kitchen/dining area. The living room features an open wood-burning stove (wood is provided), a dining table, 6 chairs, a sofa and a TV. Large south-facing balcony with morning and evening sun. Wi-Fi throughout the flat (free of charge).

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic hob with an oven, a large fridge, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules are not provided). Kitchen linen is provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
1 bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower. Towels are provided and included in the price.

The 3.5-room holiday flat (65 m²) is situated on the second floor of a block of flats comprising a total of six flats. The building is located on the outskirts of the village in a beautiful setting, right next to the ski slope. From the balcony, you have a wonderful panoramic view of the magnificent mountain landscape of the Surselva. There is a ski storage room in the basement. Next to the house, there is a lockable shed where you can store your bicycles.

A parking space is available directly in front of the house.
