The apartment features 1 office, 1 kitchen with an adjoining dining area and a long table (living/dining kitchen). The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a glass-ceramic hob, an oven, a large fridge and a dishwasher. There is a Nespresso machine (capsules not provided) as well as a raclette oven and a fondue set. A dining area with a large table seats 10 people or more.

A spacious living room with a fireplace and a large sofa invites you to linger. The living room also has an additional table and a small "bookshelf" and 3 small occasional tables.

A spacious bedroom with a large box spring bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and fitted wardrobe.

3rd floor; Large bedroom with bed 140x200 (and space for two additional beds) with fitted wardrobe and desk and chair.

There is 1 bathroom with double washbasin, shower and bathtub and 1 WC with washbasin.

The apartment is furnished in a mix of old and new. The floors in the kitchen are made of stone slabs and the living room and bedrooms have fitted carpets. The large bedroom has a parquet-style floor (Novilon) and the bathrooms have tiled floors.

The holiday home is centrally located below Sedrun train station. The 2-storey holiday apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the detached house.

It is surrounded by a large balcony with a view of the mountains of the Upper Surselva.

The apartment features a modern kitchen with oven, fridge and various household appliances such as a kettle, Nespresso machine and blender.

On the 3rd floor, accessible via a smaller staircase, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bed measuring 140x200cm (one or two additional beds can be provided). Also on this floor is a WC with washbasin.

On this floor there is a "lounge area" with 2 sofas.

The ceilings are slanted as it is in the attic.

The laundry room is on the ground floor with a washing machine and tumble dryer and may be used.

The garden around the house and the lounge may also be used (summer and winter).

The apartment is accessible via a staircase and is not wheelchair accessible. There is a cellar and a garage which may be used for storage. However, there are also private items stored in them.
