The apartment has a spacious living room with a fireplace. A large sofa invites you to linger. The living room is connected to a large living-dining kitchen and offers space for 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pans, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, fondue set, raclette oven, and has a large refrigerator. On the same floor, there is a large balcony with a view towards Oberalp.

Rooms on the 1st floor:

There is a spacious bedroom with a large box spring bed, two bedside tables, a large chest of drawers, and a wardrobe.

On the same floor, there is a "children's bedroom" with 2 bunk beds and a built-in wardrobe.

Additionally, there is a room on this floor with a desk, monitor & keyboard, as well as another built-in wardrobe.

Rooms on the 2nd floor

The second floor has two enclosed bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and built-in wardrobe and 2 bedside tables, the other with 2 single beds, 2 bedside tables, and a built-in wardrobe.

In the hallway, there is a sofa to relax on and a 140x200 slatted frame in an not enclosed space that can be used as a sofa or sleeping area.

Wet rooms:

On the 1st floor, there is a bathroom with double washbasin, shower, and bathtub, and 1 separate WC with washbasin.

On the 2nd floor, there is 1 WC with washbasin.

The apartment is fully furnished. The floors in the kitchen and bathrooms are made of tiles. The living room and bedrooms have carpeting. The large bedroom has laminate flooring.

All bed linen, towels, duvets, and pillows are new as of 2026.

The holiday home is centrally located below Sedrun train station. The two-storey holiday apartment is on the 1st and 2nd floors of the detached house and is accessible via a staircase, making it not wheelchair accessible.

The living room is surrounded by an L-shaped balcony with views of the mountains of the upper Surselva.

The laundry room is on the ground floor with a washing machine and tumble dryer and may be used.

The garden around the house as well as the lounge may also be used (summer and winter).

There is a cellar which is well-suited for storing food in summer and winter due to its consistently cool temperature, as well as a garage which may be used in summer for storing skis or bicycles (it also contains private items).
