House/Residence:

The holiday home is situated on an elevated hillside with a fantastic, unrestricted 180° lake view over Lake Maggiore from the Magadino plain to Luino (Italy). The one-sided, comfortable corner terraced house is located in the quiet "Residenza Belmondo" development in the Piodina district approx. 200 metres above the lake above Brissago. The wonderful panoramic view over the lake, the Alps, the countryside and the village invites you to enjoy and relax.

The communal swimming pool (4 x 8 m, May - Sept.) with sunbathing lawn and outdoor shower is also available to our guests.

Two covered, private car parking spaces are available. The house can be reached directly from the car park via an external staircase (46 steps).

Some shopping facilities and restaurants are located in the centre of Brissago (approx. 2.5 km) and can be reached by car in around 5 minutes. Larger shopping centres can be found in nearby Ascona (11 km) or Locarno (12.5 km).

Indoor area:

The 3 ½ room house has 3 floors with 2 spacious bedrooms on the upper floor with direct access to the covered balcony (12 m2). The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and wardrobes with ample storage space. The beautiful bathroom with bathtub, separate shower, large double washbasin and natural light completes the upper floor.

The cosy and comfortably furnished living, dining and open-plan kitchen area on the ground floor invites you to linger. There is also a small guest WC on the ground floor. The partially covered terrace (24 m2) with a fantastic panoramic view of the mountains and lake also extends the outdoor living space

In the basement there is a washing machine, tumble dryer and a small freezer as well as plenty of storage space.
