Bedroom:
The bedroom features a double bed and a 4-door wardrobe. Additional sleeping arrangements are available in the living room, which includes a fold-out bed for 2 people and a sofa bed for 1 person.

Living room:
There is a television in the living room.

Kitchen:
The open-plan kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is equipped with a dining table for 5–6 people. Kitchen facilities: Ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, including a coffee machine (Nespresso capsules). Oven, a fridge with a small freezer compartment and a dishwasher. Tea towels are not provided.

Bathroom:
A simple bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The 2.5-room holiday flat (75 m²) is situated in a block of flats comprising a total of four flats. The building is located in the Cresta estate, near the chairlift and Rufali Park.

The flat is on the ground floor and has a small south-facing seating area. There is a cellar in the basement where skis and ski boots can be stored.

There are shopping facilities such as a bakery and grocery shops in Affeier and Meierhof. For sports enthusiasts, the region offers many attractive options, including golf, skiing, cross-country skiing, cycling, hiking and much more. From the house, you can enjoy a variety of sporting and leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. There are several attractive golf courses (Sagogn, Brigels, Sedrun). The Obersaxen Mundaun skiing and hiking area is situated just 400 metres from the front door, where the first ski lift is located. In winter, you can ski right up to the front of the house. From Surcuolm via Flond, there is also a lovely, long toboggan run that stretches all the way to Ilanz. In summer, various refreshing mountain lakes and the outdoor swimming pool in Ilanz invite you to linger and cool off.

The flat comes with 2 underground parking spaces. Smoking is not permitted in the flat and pets are allowed on request.
