In one of our spacious bedrooms on the lower floor, an elegant designer bathtub awaits you next to an integrated washbasin - perfect for relaxing after an eventful day. For a special experience, we offer the option of hiring a sauna to complete your relaxation.

In our holiday home you will find every detail thought out for your comfort: a high-quality interior with INDUCTION COOKTOP, oven, dishwasher, fridge without freezer compartment, washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. In addition, the SONOS music and loudspeaker system provides personalised background music, as you can conveniently control music via smartphone or tablet. Prepare yourself for cosy evenings with our meat and cheese fondue and raclette.

The outdoor area of our property offers three private parking spaces directly in front of the house and an additional public car park about 70 metres away for general use. The somewhat steeper steps are reminiscent of the characteristic building structure and blend harmoniously into the overall ensemble.

Situated in the main town of Scuol in the picturesque Lower Engadine, our holiday accommodation offers the ideal starting point for numerous activities: a free sports bus takes you directly to the Motta Naluns ski area in winter, and for summer days, the surrounding area offers mountain biking, hiking and golf. The centre of Scuol, just 1,250 metres above sea level, has over 40 shops on the main shopping street Stradun and is famous for its carbonated mineral water, which bubbles up from various fountains.
