This beautiful 2.5-room flat (56 m²) is located on the second floor of a house whose top floor was newly built in 2011. Large windows, oiled oak parquet flooring and modern, harmonious furnishings create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The quiet location above the rooftops of Pontresina offers a wonderful view of Piz Rosatsch, Rosegtal, Morteratsch and Corviglia. Thanks to its south-facing orientation, the flat is flooded with light throughout the day.
The location in the old village centre is ideal: the Sta. Maria church with its frescoes, the medieval Spaniola tower and the path to Alp Languard are in the immediate vicinity. The village centre with bus stop, post office, shopping facilities, hiking trails and lift is only about 300 metres away and can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
In the living area, a leather sofa and an armchair invite you to relax. A bookshelf with a small "Fetch & Bring" library, a Smart TV (43"), a JVC TV, a Marshall Bluetooth speaker, DAB radio and WiFi provide entertainment and comfort.
The open-plan kitchen is fully and very well equipped - including a Nespresso machine, Italian espresso machine (Bialetti), filter coffee machine, toaster, hand blender and fondue rechaud - and offers space to eat and linger at an oak table with four comfortable chairs. Nespresso capsules can be conveniently purchased from the nearby Coop.
