The apartment has a kitchen, a dining room, a living area, a bathroom and 3 bedrooms.

Furnishings
The apartment has been freshly renovated. High-quality parquet flooring with underfloor heating throughout the apartment (except for vinyl in the kitchen and tiles in the bathroom). Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Living room
Spacious living room with a large and comfortable sofa and chaise longue. A small soapstone stove provides coziness. A box of wood is provided. Flat-screen TV with cable connection and internet connection are available.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and has an induction hob, oven with steamer function, dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules are not provided) and a kettle. Additionally, a raclette oven, fondue caquelon and set for fondue chinoise are available. A small table with two high chairs. On the terrace there is a gas grill. Kitchen linen is available and included in the price.

Bathroom
A bathroom with washbasin, shower toilet and walk-in shower with rain shower. Bath towels are available and included.

Bedrooms
3 bedrooms: A very spacious bedroom with a large double bed and its own terrace; a second very spacious bedroom with two single beds and built-in wardrobe; a third bedroom with a double bed. The booked beds are made up on arrival.

The dining room has a large table with bench and 4 chairs.
The large terrace on the 1st floor is equipped with a table with 6 chairs, a gas grill and an electronic awning.
The small roof terrace (2nd floor) has a small table with 2 chairs and a parasol.
The spacious garage has space for 2 cars one behind the other. In addition, skis, ski boots and bicycles can be stored there.

The 4.5-room holiday apartment (105m²) is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the house at Via Vedra 2a in Zarcuns, a small village in the municipality of Tujetsch.
The beautiful and newly renovated apartment has a spacious terrace and a roof terrace, from which you can enjoy the beautiful view and the mountains.
In addition to the garage, which has space for 2 cars, an uncovered parking space is also available.
Below the house there is a spacious garden. 
Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.
